ACM Training offers tailor-made media exercises that enable selection panels to assess the ability of candidates in a fair, objective and transparent manner.

Aimed at HR departments and recruitment agencies or anyone determined to get the best person for the job. We conduct an interview (online or, circumstances permitting, face-to-face) with each candidate based on carefully constructed and realistic scenarios. We then assess the performace and score each interviewee on a range pf pre-agreed performance criteria in order to provide a detailed objective, qualitative and quantitative analysis of each candidate to present to the selection panel and inform the final decision.
